Recently I was made aware of and have been involved with a new company called YourNight. Have you heard of them? They have coupled with world respected website developer ApogeeInvent and created a new global social networking site. It is free but invitation only. This site offers a Facebook style interface, a Twitter/Blogger hybrid, a professional network similar to Linkedin and a dating profile. There is also discount shopping at hundreds of merchants, including the big names, and a referral commission program. All combined YourNight returns 67.5% of company revenues to members. The company also donates 5% to charities worldwide. YourNight is now growing faster than Facebook did during its first few months.

The vision/design for this site contains a 5-in-1 web commerce platform for businesses, both large and small, and entertainers, that fully integrates with the social network.
