		<description>I think you&#039;re absolutely right that businesses should be relationship focused first and foremost. Real relationships take more than chatter or conversation, I&#039;m excited to see businesses begin to offer real value/ incentives through social media, rather than just conversation, to their customers. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks so much for the comment Will!</description>
